Terms of Service

1. About the service: InSitu Clinic provides physician-led metabolic and weight-management services that may include eligibility screening, telehealth consultations, home visits, laboratory tests, imaging, prescriptions, medication supply coordination, injection support and follow-up.

2. Eligibility: Submitting an assessment form does not guarantee acceptance, treatment or a prescription. Treatment is offered only where an authorised clinician considers it clinically appropriate.

3. Accurate information: You agree to provide complete and accurate health, medication, allergy and pregnancy information and to update us when anything changes.

4. Clinical decisions: The clinician may request further information, tests or specialist review, or may decline, delay, change or discontinue treatment where necessary for safety.

5. Results: No specific amount or rate of weight loss is guaranteed. Results vary and depend on individual factors, treatment response, adherence and lifestyle.

6. Telehealth and home care: Remote care has limitations and may not replace physical examination or emergency assessment. You agree to provide a private environment, reliable contact details and accurate location information.

7. Emergencies: InSitu Clinic is not an emergency service. Severe or rapidly worsening symptoms require immediate care at an appropriate hospital or emergency service.

8. Medicines: Prescription medicines must be used only by the named patient and exactly as directed. Do not share, alter doses or continue after being advised to stop. Report significant side effects promptly.

9. Payments: Fees, inclusions and payment timing will be stated in the applicable invoice. Baseline assessment charges are separate from subsequent treatment and medication fees unless expressly stated.

10. Cancellations and refunds: Services already performed, professional reviews completed, tests ordered or collected, and medicines dispensed or delivered are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling and cancellation rules will be communicated at booking.

11. Privacy: Personal and health information will be processed as described in the InSitu Clinic Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements.

12. Communications: You consent to service communications by email, telephone and WhatsApp at the details provided. Medical information should not be sent through public social-media comments.

13. Conduct and safety: InSitu Clinic may suspend or terminate services for abuse, threats, fraud, medication diversion, repeated unsafe conduct or material non-compliance, while taking reasonable steps to protect continuity of necessary care.

14. Changes: These terms may be updated. The version applicable to a paid service will be the version presented or linked at the time of booking, unless a change is required by law or for urgent safety reasons.
